Please read the requirements below and stop by the City Office to set up the utilities. If you have questions with utilities or billing please feel welcome to fill out the form below or contact the City Office, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, (806)250-2761.
Requirements for New Utility Services Provided by the City of Friona
At least 18 years of age
Provide a photo ID
Fill Out Service Agreement
Pay $155 Fee
