The Public Works Department maintains Friona’s infrastructure including water and waste, and the department also oversees the implementation of capital improvements (roofing, plumbing, electrical,etc.)

If you are need of an inspection please visit the City Hall Office, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM or contact our Public Works Director, Salvador Garcia directly at the office number (806)250-2761, mobile (806)346-2673, or email PWDirector@frionatx.us. He will inspect the area worked to observe if the improvements meet regulation standards.
