EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2021 (806) 250-2761

1. No trespassing after dark. Violators will be prosecuted.

2. The City or Cemetery is not responsible for damages or defacing of monuments or markers.

3. No outside containers or caskets allowed above ground.

4. Monuments must be made of granite, marble, or bronze and must be set by the monument company and not the owner or individual.

5. Corner markers or curbs are not permitted after Jan. 1, 2021. Sites with existing curbs are allowed, and may be replaced if broken.

6. Trees, shrubs and live plants are not allowed to be planted in the ground.

7. Flowers, crosses or other decorations MUST be in an attached vase.

8. Monuments set at ground level must remain at ground level.

9. All monuments or markers must be set according to the Cemetery specification. Measurements shall not exceed 46 inches in length, 24 inches in width, and 42 inches in height.
