Sandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and combines her academic background with practical experience to drive improvements in municipal governance. She has successfully managed numerous projects to enhance infrastructure, public services, and economic development. Her leadership and commitment to transparency make her an invaluable asset to the city.
Known for her approachable nature and effective communication, Sandra is highly regarded by colleagues, community leaders, and citizens. In her spare time, she enjoys date nights with her husband Tim, and going on family outings with her son Noah.
